Join our team as a Civil Construction Labourer, where you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day construction activities. In this position, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and supervisors to ensure that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. ## Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- **Site Setup & Support:** Assist in the initial site preparation and the ongoing management of construction materials and equipment.
- **Material Handling:** Responsible for the organization and transportation of materials across the construction site.
- **General Labouring Duties:** Facilitate tasks such as excavation, backfilling, and the operation of basic equipment as directed.
- **Safety & Cleanliness:** Commit to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering strictly to site safety procedures.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members and other trades to complete tasks on schedule.
- **Manual Assistance:** Support tradespeople and machine operators with manual duties, including the installation of project components.

## Requirements:

- **Physical Fitness:** Be physically fit with the capacity to execute manual labour tasks and lift heavy materials.
- **Weather Resilience:** Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.

- **Experience:** Previous construction or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential.
- **Health & Safety:** Demonstrate commitment to health and safety standards on-site, ensuring both personal and team safety.
- **Preparedness:** Arrive on-site with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a work-ready mindset.
